Fuelcard Product
Use your fuelcard for purchases as you would your debit/credit card (at participating sites), using your pre-loaded pin number.
Your transactions will be billed to your McFall Fuel account and debited monthly. Read below for further account or billing related queries.
Your McFall Fuel fuelcard is accepted at BP stations, BP Truck Stops and participating Gasoline Alley Service Stations in New Zealand.
Your card is also accepted at any McFall Fuel Service Station in the Lower
North Island (Stratford, Manaia, Kapiti, Kimbolton, Waverley, Marton, Ohakune and
Egmont Village).

Our prices aren't discounted off the pump price you see at the fuel site, our fuel prices are discounted off a nationwide average, which fluctuates weekly. The price you pay depends on your current volume with McFall Fuel.

Yes, you can have a card per vehicle/staff member if required at no additional cost.
All cards are secured by a 4-digit pin which is compulsory at the time of ordering. Only you have access to this pin, so please keep it confidential.
McFall Fuel is not liable for any spending on your card until reported lost or stolen.

BPme App
Download the BPme app at the links here: www.bpme.co.nz.
Open the BPme App, tap the sign up button and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up with your New Zealand mobile number and email. You will be sent a text with a six digit authorisation code, enter this into the app to complete your set up.in as much detail as possible for your customers.
The Director or Owner of the company, or Account Holder needs to complete this Authorisation Form for McFall Fuel to approve.
Only 1 card per app. You can however load your personal debit/credit card on to it if you wish.

Accounts and Billing
Yes, you will not need to setup a separate account for fuelcard/s. You'll receive one monthly statement. Please note, the only form of payment for fuelcards are via direct debit. A direct debit form needs to be completed.
We're flexible! All your products/services are consolidated into one invoice, however, if you'd like separate invoices, we're more than happy to work with you to set this up.
We have options to receive invoices weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You'll receive your statement on a monthly basis.
If requested, we can extract this data for you, which will be sent along with your invoices as an Excel attachment.

Yes it is. You may start using your card as soon as you receive it.
We process orders on the same day, and once received, issuing of the cards take approximately 5 business days.
Please report any lost, stolen or misused Fuelcard/s to McFall Fuel in writing as soon as possible to fuelcard@mcfallfuel.co.nz.
You will not be liable for any unauthorised transaction made after written confirmation is received by McFall Fuel.
Yes, you have various options, which are selected at the time of ordering. Amendments can also be made at any time.
