Loyalty Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the McFall Fuel Loyal programme. By participating in the programme and redeeming points, you agree to these conditions.
McFall Loyal is available to McFall Fuel account customers only. Points are awarded on bulk fuel deliveries only dependent on spend threshold and sector.
Points expire should you close your bulk fuel delivery account with McFall Fuel.
All redemptions must be submitted using the online order forms.
A $5 + GST administration fee applies per redemption request (equivalent to 5.75 points).
Points cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other customer accounts.
Redemption orders are subject to product and stock availability.
3.1. Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for BP, Farmers, Mitre10, Noel Leeming, and Stoney Creek.
For security, gift cards are dispatched inactive by courier.
Once received, customers must email loyalty@mcfallfuel.co.nz to request activation. Please allow 24–48 hours for activation.
McFall Fuel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards once activated.
3.2. Oils, Lubricants & Sundry Products
Includes Fuchs lubricants, additives, cleaning products, AdBlue and accessories
3.3. Mondo Travel
Travel bookings are arranged directly through Mondo Travel.
Travel can include flights, accommodation, tours, concerts, and other experiences.
A $5 + GST administration fee applies per redemption request (equivalent to 5.75 points).
McFall Fuel reserves the right to amend or withdraw rewards, adjust point values, or modify the programme at any time without prior notice.
Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be refunded once redeemed.
McFall Fuel accepts no liability for delays, courier issues, supplier limitations, or third-party service failures.
By earning and redeeming points, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
