FOOD FOR THOUGHT RESCUED FOOD FESTIVAL

Good Neighbour, has been busy getting ready for our upcoming Food for Thought, Rescued Food Festival on March 23rd when they join forces with Te Aranui Trust to raise funds and celebrate what they do with a rescued food festival. 

The event will be held at Our Place, the downtown container centre and in the neighbouring council car park, from 10am –3pm on March 23.

Come and sample street food made from rescued food cooked by our very experienced and super talented local Tauranga Chefs.  All food made will be available to purchase at a cost of $5. These Top Chefs and their Corporate Teams along with the help of Toi Ohomai hospitality students’, will be competing for the inaugural Food for Thought trophy!

There will be kids SYD workshops, Zespri Smoothie Bikes, soaps, chutneys, jams, face painting, music, the team from BurgerBurger selling $5 burgers, raffles and various prizes.

Entry into the event is $10 per adult and children under 13 are free get your tickets from www.eventfinder.co.nz

There will be door sales on the day.
